I have come here for broken collarbone rehab as well as sciatic nerve pain. My experiences have been excellent. I’ve used BeneFIT a couple of times after my hip surgery and more recently for lower back pain. They were excellent in helping me through those situations. Brian listens to what hurts you and uses his years of experience to put together a plan for recovery. What I like is he teaches you the exercises and stretches so that you can continue to self help at home after your PT ends. Also as a baby boomer, love the background music he plays while your doing your recovery exercises.

I recently had my knee replaced, and I was going to get my physical therapy via my doctor’s office, but my family told me no, I had to go to Benefit Physical Therapy and see Brian, as he had previously ‘worked wonders’ on both of my girls with various/numerous high school sport injuries. Well, I have to say they were 100% correct.The facility is spacious and very clean with all types of equipment. The entire staff is friendly and overall the atmosphere is very social . . . and fun! I... actually look forward to going to my PT and interacting with other patients and the Benefit staff during my PT time.As for Brian, the owner and lead physical therapists, well he knows his stuff, that’s for sure. He takes his time and you go at your own pace/never feel rushed. Every week he has added additional items to my workout and I am progressing wonderfully. Additionally, during my first week of PT, Brian noticed I was developing a skin infection on my lower leg and sent me back to my knee replacement doctor the next day (a full week before my next scheduled visit). Sure enough he was correct and I was able to catch my infection well before it traveled up to my ‘new’ knee. That was a huge find by him!I really can’t say enough positive things about this place, from the overall facility to Brian and his staff. Even though I have not completed my PT for my right knee, I know I will be returning when I get my left knee replaced next year.Quick update: during my physical therapy at Benefit, I also had several sessions with Beth, the other Physical Therapist at the Bridgewater location. I can report that she is just as good for physical therapy as Brian . . . i.e., just as knowable, skillful and friendly . . . BeneFIT Physical Therapy is a terrific therapy place. The therapist Beth and her associate Meghan are very welcoming, friendly and above all, professional. I came here to get treatment for plantar fasciitis. In the beginning it looked like nothing was happening. However, I kept up the faith, going to facility regularly and performing exercises at home. Giving credit where credit is due, I highly recommend this place for whatever your PT needs are.I am an unfortunate regular (my body is going to hell in a handbasket) at Benefit. Each time (wrist, knee, dislocated elbow, now shoulder) Benefit has been the difference between daily pain and returning to regular life. BeneFIT Physical Therapy is very different from many PT places because you get hands on one on one treatment. Everyone from the receptionists to the physical therapists are top notch. The physical therapists are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, caring and understanding. They work with you to develop a stretching, training, and strengthening program to get you healthy again. Over the past 5 years I have gone to BeneFIT PT for back pain, ankle surgery rehab, knee... surgery rehab and most recent shoulder surgery rehab. It was a long road to recovery, but I continued to get better every week through their care and direction. They are always thinking of creative and innovative ways to incorporate exercise into my protocol to keep it fun and interesting. They are very determined to help you get healthy and active again. They never push you through pain, and always go out of their way to help you feel better if you are in pain.
