BeneFIT Physical Therapy offers Outpatient Physical Therapy at two locations! Our Bridgewater New Jersey office is located in a 2,000 sq ft space while our Chester New Jersey office, in the Chester Springs Shopping Center between CVS and Marshalls, is located in a 1,800 sq ft space.
Both of our offices now offer state of the art equipment from industry leading companies like Tuff Stuff, Perform Better, Power Systems, Landice, Sci-Fit, Chattanooga, and Thera-Band.

Brian Ireland received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry and Sport and Exercise Science from Messiah College. He is a Board Licensed therapist in the State of New Jersey and has continued his professional education to further his knowledge and understandng of physical therapy. Dr. Ireland has attained his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification (OCS) becoming board certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. The OCS is the preeminent distinction a therapist can attain in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, acknowledging their advanced expertise, clinical knowledge, competence, skills, and commitment to their profession.
He is Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert MDT) from the McKenzie Institute of America, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is a certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner through Kinesio Taping Association International. Additionally, he has taken the prerequisite course work to be certified to perform both the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and The Functional Movement Screen (FMS). Dr. Ireland is a TPI Certified level 1 Golf Medical Professional by the Titleist Performance Institute and has successfully completed the TRX Suspension Training and TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Courses.
Throughout his years of experience as both a Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, Dr. Ireland has worked with numerous patients and clients of all age groups with different fitness/rehabilitation goals ranging from senior citizens looking for improved balance and endurance to professional athletes looking to get back to their highly competitive sport and perform better than when they were first injured.
Dr. Ireland lives in Basking Ridge with his wife and their three daughters.
Kim Dillon is a Board Licensed physical therapist in the state of New Jersey who received her Master’s in Science Physical Therapy degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Prior, she also received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. To provide the highest quality of care to her patients, she has taken a wide variety of continuing education courses with a focus on the most current treatment techniques.
She is currently certified in the Graston Technique, which is an evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). It enables clinicians to effectively treat chronic, acute or post-surgical soft tissue restrictions, the range of motion and inflammation with specially designed stainless steel instruments.
With over 16 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, Kim has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach to patient care is to start with a thorough evaluation and then build an individualized plan of care that is geared towards each patient’s personal goals. Various treatment techniques and manual therapies are integrated to treat the underlying cause of pain, not just the symptoms.
They include but are not limited to Graston Technique (IASTM), McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Mulligan concept, Kinesiotaping, Myofascial Release and postural/ergonomic training. Patient education and home exercise plans are also key components to each successful recovery, Dillon has said. She takes pride in spending the time to get to know each patient and delivering the personal attention needed to help them reach their goals in the quickest way possible.
When Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors playing sports or hiking. She lives in Long Valley with her husband and three children.

Elizabeth Zaleski received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from the University of Scranton. She is a Board Licensed physical therapist in the State of New Jersey. Beth has been working at BeneFIT Physical Therapy since 2014 and has taken pride to implement the most current evidenced-based treatment for all of her patients.
Beth enjoys furthering her knowledge through various continuing education courses. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Beth is both Level 1 and Level 2 certified in the Functional Movement System which allows her to administer the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and to provide the best corrective exercises based on the individual’s test results. She has successfully completed the TRX Suspension Training course as well as the Basic Training course for Graston Technique (GT) of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. Additionally, Beth has taken multiple courses from the McKenzie Institute and hopes to achieve become certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) shortly.
When Beth is not at BeneFIT, she can be found spending time with friends and family. She is married and lives in Montclair with her husband.
